As a Digital Marketing & Content Creator Apprentice, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to support a wide range of digital activities. You will help execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and contribute to improving our online visibility.

What You'll Do
- Support the Digital Marketing team with social media planning and strategy
- Assist with influencer outreach and relationship building
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms
- Help plan and maintain monthly content calendars
- Conduct research such as hashtag analysis, competitor reviews, and trend monitoring
- Manage community engagement, including responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints professionally
- Review and improve product listings to enhance visibility and conversions
- Support the creation and delivery of live video content for product promotions
- Generate new campaign ideas based on current trends and platform features
- Create and contribute to blogs, videos, images, and advertising copy
- Assist with reporting on campaign performance and suggesting improvements
Training Outcome
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
