This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented Allocator to join an established team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory and optimising the allocation of products across various locations. This position requires strong analytical and reporting skills as well as advanced Excel. The Allocator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product distribution and inventory management.

Duties

  • Oversee replenishment systems to maintain optimal stock levels in stores, maximising profitability.
  • Coordinate stock builds for key events, promotions, and sales.
  • Continuously monitor stock levels across stores, online platforms, and warehouses, taking necessary actions to rebalance inventory.
  • Identify and escalate stock-related issues to the manager, providing potential solutions.
  • Handle store stock requests efficiently.
  • Manage the stock consolidation process as required, following direction from the line manager.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery.
  • Develop analytical skills to interpret data and enhance business understanding.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other teams.
  • Be a supportive and proactive team player within your team and the broader business.
  • Share best practices and develop skills alongside other allocators.
  • Provide cover for other allocators in their absence.
