We're looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Recruitment Resourcer, working within the health and social care sector of recruitment, to join our expanding team based in Crossgates, Leeds. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and love building relationships with both clients and candidates, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our staff receive the full correct onboarding including checking their DBS, right to work and training, and supporting clients receive the staffing support they need while delivering an exceptional experience for our support workers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Screening candidates and completing compliance checks
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and attracting new candidates
  • Filling last-minute bookings and ensuring shifts are covered
  • Handling client enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Building strong relationships with clients and agency workers
  • Participating in the on-call rota (1 week in every 3) - this will require you to have flexibility
