Lila Sciences is seeking a Computational Biophysics Scientist to lead the design and validation of agent-usable biophysics tools for automated workflows. You will define experimental setups, parameterization, and rigorous validation to enable trustworthy simulations in drug discovery.

You will work across computational biophysics, molecular simulation, and ML-driven platform design, building scalable RBFE/ABFE workflows and partnering with ML and infrastructure teams to deploy across large GPU.
