We’re seeking a Campus Recruiting Specialist to build and scale Lila’s internship, residency, and co-op programs in 2026 and beyond. Based in Boston, you’ll establish a repeatable and high-impact recruiting function that connects students and emerging scientists to our mission. You’ll be both a program builder and a trusted partner to hiring teams, ensuring Lila becomes a top destination for early career talent.
The Role
- Lead and expand Lila’s internship, residency, and co-op programs, creating structured and impactful experiences.
- Build partnerships with Boston-area universities, research labs, and career centers.
- Represent Lila at career fairs, info sessions, hackathons, and networking events.
- Partner with hiring managers to define early talent needs and build strong pipelines.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for interns and residents — sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Design scalable process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (hiring volume, diversity, conversion, satisfaction).
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on program evaluation and continuous evolution.
Your Qualifications and Strengths
- 3-5+ years of experience in campus, university, or early-career recruiting.
- Proven ability to launch and scale programs in high-growth environments.
- Strong relationships or familiarity with Boston-area schools and talent pools.
- Skilled in project management and able to juggle multiple recruiting cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on improving processes and outcomes.
