Hours: Various shift patterns depending on demand, examples below:

Job Purpose: Sorting, inspecting, packing of cardboard envelopes, boxes & flat packed cardboard.

Lil employs 80 operating from its Huntingdon manufacturing HQ (77,000 sqft) generating in excess of £18m Turnover and growing.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Inspecting: Print/Colour, Crease/Fold, Gluing/Flap, Glue Lines (straight/correct).
- Packing: Qty per box, how stacked, count markers in batches.
- Quality: 15 min checks alongside the Minder/ Check Glue / Fit of item contents.
General Information:
- Explanation of the different types of cartons / wallets / envelopes

- Procedure if problem discovered

Other Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment (5S) in the process area
- Is highly flexible to cover other machines and learn new processes
