Position Summary
We are looking for a Regional Sales Coach / Regional Trainer to maintain and expand key stakeholder relationships embedding our products and services within our clients' business priorities and identify new growth opportunities to achieve the desired objectives. You will ensure our clients have robust oversight and controls in place to evidence sales process adherence, ongoing training and competence of their employees as well as identify improvements that will aid in product embedding or end sale to consumers. Within this role, you will also be required to provide our clients' sales staff with the knowledge to achieve a compliant sale in line with regulatory requirements through the design and delivery of effective training, marketing and incentive strategies across all sales channels, including call centre and retail locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- In collaboration with our sales, marketing and product leads, you will design and execute training, marketing and incentive strategies to accelerate the sales of our products and services by working with each client in each sales channel.
- You will be required to travel to large call centre and retail locations across your region to implement training and incentive plans.
- Track and evidence commercial impact of each sales coaching event in each customer.
- Negotiate and design KPIs with each customer.
- Deliver performance updates against a set of KPIs to internal and external stakeholders for each client.
- Maintain Sales Optimisation growth action plans.
- Promote the complete Likewize capabilities across all product and service sectors, securing key stakeholder meetings to establish further growth opportunities.
- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, optimisation or enablement in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong knowledge of the tech protection and support industry and market.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use data and insights to drive sales performance and innovation.
- Experience with CRM, sales automation and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in business, marketing or relevant work experience.
