What You’ll Do

  • Maintain the right stock levels to support our key UK clients, ensuring demand and supply align with business goals.
  • Manage and forecast demand using planning tools and channel data.
  • Recommend purchasing aligned with vendor lead times.
  • Participate in weekly stock reviews to optimise inventory.
  • Handle urgent stock requirements and fast‑turnaround orders.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Monitor and resolve order delays using purchase order reports.
  • Create insightful reports for senior management on planning KPIs and budget performance.
  • Suggest improvements to systems/tools for better planning and profitability.
  • Proactively manage inventory across our Distribution Centre to meet key metrics.
  • Prevent over‑ordering by aligning purchasing cycles with forecast cycles.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to mitigate stock risks.
  • Maintain tools and systems for accuracy—especially for new launches or discontinuations.
  • Share forecasts with stakeholders to support forward planning (Vendor CPFR).
  • Follow all data protection and information security guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, or planning.
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
  • Great communicator with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • FMCG or fast‑paced supply chain experience (desirable).
  • Understanding of the consumer tech or retail environment.
  • Confident working cross‑functionally with both internal teams and external partners.
