About the role:

Likewize is looking for experienced Technicians to repair the country’s damaged smartphones and tablets. When your tech goes wrong, Likewize makes it right. Likewize offers the most comprehensive protection against any technology disruption. Whether a device is lost, stolen, damaged, malfunctioning, in need of an upgrade, or the user does not know how to do something, Likewize provides the solution. Trusted by the world’s largest brands, telcos, and banks to look after approximately one billion of their customers. Likewize Repair is the only Samsung and Apple approved UK mobile smartphone and tablet repairer. Comprehensively stocked with approved and genuine Samsung and Apple parts, the Likewize Repair fleet of mobile workshops is the best in the country.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Traveling to different customers within your region to repair Mobile Phones and Tablets. (Fully equipped workshop van provided)
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Carrying out fault finding
  • Quality Control checking using Samsung and Apple’s enhanced software
  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Role Requirements:

  • Live in the area we are recruiting for as this will be your region
  • Have a full clean driving licence
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A passion for technology & customer service
  • Desirable experience repairing technology items
