What This Role Is All About

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, providing high‐quality support to customers making mobile insurance claims. You’ll respond to requests for assistance, clearly explain programme details, and expertly manage queries through the claims fulfilment process. This will all be within a dynamic call centre environment and on behalf of our valued clients.

Likewize is authorised by the FCA which means that we must meet a range of requirements, standards and rules. If we don’t all work to meet these standards the FCA have a range of enforcement powers they can use to protect consumers and act against firms and individuals. Those enforcement powers include imposing financial penalties or prohibiting individuals from carrying out regulated activities.

  • Manage and process mobile insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth customer journey
