As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll work directly with the founders of the business, supporting candidate delivery and helping generate opportunities for our clients. You'll also work closely with and shadow our Principal Delivery Consultant, gaining hands-on experience and training in a high-performance recruitment environment.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will identify, engage, qualify, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting live client requirements across our specialist markets.

Candidate Generation

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within specialist markets
  • Identify and attract candidates aligned to client requirements
  • Headhunt passive candidates through direct outreach
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates

Candidate Management

  • Conduct qualification calls and assess suitability
  • Manage interview processes from start to finish
  • Prepare candidates for interviews
  • Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
  • Manage offers and negotiations
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Recruitment Delivery

  • Work closely with consultants and leadership to fill live vacancies
