We’re looking for an experienced Senior Event Coordinator to lead the development, launch, and scaling of live events across the United States, working from our UK head office. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of music and events, who can confidently take events from concept through to delivery and commercial performance. You’ll work closely with our marketing, entertainment, and operations teams to grow existing brands, launch new concepts, and scale successful shows across the US.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing commercially viable event concepts for the US market
  • Building event projections and budgets
  • Booking and negotiating with venues (strong technical knowledge essential)
  • Working with our entertainment team to book performers and talent
  • Shaping event creatives and launch strategies with the marketing team
  • Leading weekly sales calls, tracking performance on a 7-day basis
  • Directing ad spend scaling or reductions with our internal marketing team
  • Advancing shows in detail with venues and key stakeholders
  • Contracting venues, artists, and suppliers
  • Booking staff and stakeholders for event delivery
  • Scaling successful brands into new cities, repeat dates, additional shows, or larger venues
  • Exploring spin-off brands and new event concepts
  • Attending networking events and building a strong US-based industry contact network

About you:

  • Proven experience delivering live events end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of the music, nightlife, and events
  • Commercially minded, with confidence in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance
  • Comfortable owning projects and making strategic decisions
  • Strong communicator across venues, talent, marketing, and stakeholders
