  • Producing and overseeing viral, performance-driven content across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
  • Developing creative built specifically to capture attention, drive engagement, and convert into ticket sales
  • Working closely with the Paid Media Manager to ensure all creative is optimised for performance across paid channels

  • Briefing and collaborating with videographers, photographers, designers, and content creators to produce campaign assets
  • Planning and executing campaign launches for event tours, brand rollouts, and new concepts
  • Leading creative sessions to generate new campaign ideas, themes, and event concepts
  • Analysing performance data and translating insights into improved creative output
  • Monitoring trends across social media, paid platforms, and events marketing to keep campaigns fresh and competitive
  • Supporting influencer, PR, and partnership activity where required
  • Working closely with internal teams across marketing, events, and entertainment to ensure campaigns align with show delivery

About You:

  • Proven ability to create or lead the production of viral, high-performing marketing content
  • Strong understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, Instagram, and short-form platforms
  • Clear understanding of how creative drives performance across paid social
  • Experience working with Meta Ads Manager (hands-on experience beneficial, but not the core focus)
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives
  • Strong understanding of content production workflows (video, imagery, copy)
  • Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of event marketing and ticket sales
  • Confident leading creative direction and working cross-functionally with paid media and wider teams
