We’re looking for a highly experienced Head of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing across our global portfolio of live event brands, working full-time from our UK head office. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with deep experience in live events, music, nightlife, or entertainment marketing. You’ll be responsible for creating, planning, and executing high-impact, performance-driven and viral marketing campaigns that translate directly into ticket sales, brand growth, and audience engagement across multiple territories.

This is not a generalist marketing role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to market live experiences at scale, has delivered successful campaigns within the industry, and can lead from the front—developing ideas, setting strategy, and driving campaigns into market.

You’ll work closely with Directors, as well as our events, entertainment, and operations teams, to ensure marketing is fully aligned with show concepts, delivery, and commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning and leading the overall marketing strategy across multiple live event brands, tours, and international markets
  • Creating, planning, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns from initial concept through to launch, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis
  • Driving viral marketing strategy across all brands, identifying trends and creating platform-native campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels
  • Delivering high-performing campaigns that directly drive ticket sales, audience growth, and brand engagement
  • Overseeing the paid media function, including managing and developing the paid ads team, setting strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms, and scaling campaigns based on performance and ROI
  • Leading the creative marketing function, including overseeing content strategy across paid and organic channels, directing the planning and production of video, photography, and digital content, and managing the Senior Creative Marketing Lead and wider creative output
  • Overseeing day-to-day organic social presence across all event brands
  • Managing and developing the internal marketing team, alongside external partners including videographers, photographers, influencers, PR, agencies, and SEO/SEA specialists
  • Working with external specialists across SEO and SEA, providing direction and ensuring alignment with wider campaign strategy
  • Ensuring all marketing channels, including paid social, organic, and search (SEO/SEA), are aligned and contributing to overall campaign performance
  • Building and scaling the marketing team structure over time, particularly within paid media
  • Developing campaign timelines and rollout strategies across multiple cities and countries
  • Analysing marketing and ticket sales performance, using data to optimise campaigns and drive ROI
  • Managing marketing budgets across multiple campaigns and event brands
  • Leading brand positioning and creative direction across all events
  • Collaborating closely with event operations and production teams to ensure marketing aligns with delivery
  • Building relationships with media partners, promoters, artists, and brand collaborators
  • Overseeing digital platforms including websites, listings, and campaign touchpoints
  • Attending events, shows, and festivals where required

Working Pattern:

Monday – Friday: Office based in Oval, London. This is a fully office-based role. No hybrid or remote working. Flexibility required around campaign launches, events, and peak periods.

About You:

  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on live events, music, nightlife, festivals, or entertainment
  • Proven track record of creating, planning, and executing high-performing marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales
  • Strong understanding of viral marketing and short-form content, with the ability to identify trends and translate them into scalable campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, and email marketing
  • Working understanding of SEO and SEA, with the ability to manage external specialists and integrate these channels into wider marketing strategy
  • Strong experience leading both paid media and creative/content teams
  • Clear understanding of how content, creative, and paid media work together to drive performance
  • Highly commercial, with strong experience managing budgets and optimising ROI
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Confident leader with experience managing teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine passion for live events, music, nightlife, and entertainment culture
