We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team, supporting the development and delivery of creative assets across our global portfolio of live event brands. This is a hands-on role for a highly creative individual who is passionate about design, visual storytelling, content creation, and emerging creative technologies. We're open to candidates from a range of experience levels, provided they can demonstrate exceptional creative ability, strong technical skills, and a desire to continue developing within a fast-paced creative environment.
Working closely with our senior creative team, you'll help shape the visual output of our event brands through graphic design, motion graphics, video content, branding, merchandise, digital marketing assets, and creative concept development. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable creating day-to-day campaign assets as they are contributing ideas, concepts, and visual direction for future campaigns, brands, and event experiences.
You'll be part of a fast-growing international events business, helping bring event concepts to life and supporting campaigns that reach audiences across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, USA & Canada.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and adapting creative assets across digital, social, print, and event marketing campaigns
- Supporting the senior creative team in developing new event concepts, branding, and visual identities
- Producing artwork for:
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Event announcements and launches
- Websites and landing pages
- Merchandise and promotional materials
- Event signage and printed assets
- Presentation decks and internal marketing materials
- Assisting with the development and rollout of branding across new and existing event concepts
- Creating motion graphics, animated assets, and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Using AI-powered creative tools to support concept development, content creation, and workflow efficiencies
- Maintaining brand consistency across a diverse portfolio of event brands
- Collaborating with marketing, creative, events, and entertainment teams to deliver high-quality creative output
- Contributing ideas and supporting creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and new concepts
- Managing multiple design projects and deadlines across a variety of brands and campaigns while maintaining a high standard of creative output
Working Pattern:
Mondays – Fridays: Office based in Oval, London. This is a fully office-based role. No hybrid or remote working.
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative role (exceptional candidates with alternative experience are encouraged to apply)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital, branding, social, marketing, and creative work
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Experience creating motion graphics, animation, and video content
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, branding, and visual communication
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and a genuine interest in emerging technologies within design and content creation
- Ability to contribute creatively beyond asset production, bringing ideas, concepts, and visual direction to campaigns and event brands
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across multiple projects and brands
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, creative, and eager to continue developing new skills
- Interest in live events, music, entertainment, nightlife, festivals, or popular culture is highly desirable

- Experience using project management tools such as Trello & Slack
- Understanding of creative workflows and managing multiple projects within a collaborative team environment
- Experience working within events, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Knowledge of AI image generation, creative automation tools, and emerging design technologies
- Photography, videography, or content production experience
