We’re looking for a highly experienced Head of Operations (Events) to act as the Founder’s right hand, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and leading our teams across live events globally. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has spent 10+ years delivering and scaling live events, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is confident making commercial, creative, and operational decisions. You’ll take ownership of how the business runs internally — keeping teams aligned, holding standards high, and ensuring events are delivered efficiently, profitably, and creatively.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the most senior in-office leader, supporting the Founder in running the business day to day
- Leading and overseeing the Events, Entertainment, Marketing, Graphic Design, and Operations teams
- Maintaining full oversight of the global events calendar, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Setting direction, deadlines, and accountability across all teams
- Making final decisions on event spend, budgets, and operational costs
- Leading and overseeing weekly sales calls, tracking performance and driving actions to push shows
- Identifying when to scale, reduce, or pivot marketing and operational spend based on sales performance
- Driving creative brainstorm sessions to push ticket sales, refresh campaigns, and develop new event concepts
- Supporting the creation and rollout of new brands, spin-offs, and scale-outs across territories
- Challenging existing processes and instructing teams to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently
- Ensuring consistent standards and quality across all events and markets
- Spotting risks early and resolving issues before they impact delivery
- Acting as a key decision-maker when the Founder is not present
About you:
- 10+ years’ experience in live events, touring, or entertainment
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong commercial instinct with confidence owning budgets, spend, and performance decisions
- Comfortable driving creative direction and strategic discussions
- Calm under pressure and confident making decisions at pace
- Highly organised with strong leadership and communication skills
- Forward-thinking, with a mindset focused on growth, efficiency, and improvement
