We’re looking to hire 2x Events Administrators to support our busy events team as we continue to scale across multiple international markets. This is a junior role and would suit someone highly organised, detail-driven, and keen to start a career in the live events industry. You’ll work closely with Event Coordinators and Senior Event Coordinators, supporting the operational delivery of events across a wide range of brands and territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the events team with event uploads and setup across ticketing platforms
- Assisting with contracts, including issuing and tracking returns
- Liaising with venues, partners, artists, and suppliers to chase outstanding information
- Supporting show advancing, including sending and updating advance documents
- Coordinating the sending and tracking of event equipment
- Updating and maintaining sales reports and internal event documents
- Ensuring the marketing team has all required information for event onsales
- Conducting new venue research and compiling venue options
- Attending networking events and internal/external meetings, taking clear notes and actions
- Supporting events across multiple territories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Providing general administrative support to the wider events team
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and shared systems
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A strong interest in live events, music, or entertainment
- Previous admin or events experience is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
