We’re looking to hire 2x Events Administrators to support our busy events team as we continue to scale across multiple international markets. This is a junior role and would suit someone highly organised, detail-driven, and keen to start a career in the live events industry. You’ll work closely with Event Coordinators and Senior Event Coordinators, supporting the operational delivery of events across a wide range of brands and territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the events team with event uploads and setup across ticketing platforms
  • Assisting with contracts, including issuing and tracking returns
  • Liaising with venues, partners, artists, and suppliers to chase outstanding information
  • Supporting show advancing, including sending and updating advance documents
  • Coordinating the sending and tracking of event equipment
  • Updating and maintaining sales reports and internal event documents
  • Ensuring the marketing team has all required information for event onsales
  • Conducting new venue research and compiling venue options
  • Attending networking events and internal/external meetings, taking clear notes and actions
  • Supporting events across multiple territories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider events team

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and shared systems
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A strong interest in live events, music, or entertainment
  • Previous admin or events experience is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
