This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, digital media, and social platforms. You’ll play a key role in repurposing long‑form content into engaging, platform‑specific clips, helping us grow our presence across non‑linear platforms. Working with a rich catalogue of material, you’ll transform existing content into fresh, compelling ideas designed to reach new audiences and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Editing
    • Review long‑form archive content to identify standout moments, stories, and hooks
    • Edit content into short‑form clips (e.g. Shorts, Reels, social cutdowns)
    • Create multiple versions of clips tailored to different platforms
    • Add subtitles, graphics, music, and branding where appropriate
    • Ensure all content meets platform specifications and best practices
  • Platform Management
    • Upload and publish content across YouTube and Instagram
    • Write engaging titles, descriptions, and captions
    • Create/select thumbnails where relevant
    • Schedule content to maintain a consistent posting cadence
  • Content Development & Ideas
    • Generate ideas for clips, recurring formats, and series
    • Identify trends and formats that could work with archive material
    • Suggest creative ways to maximise the value of existing content
  • Media & Asset Management
    • Organise and maintain archive media files
    • Ensure content is clearly labelled, tagged, and easy to locate
    • Manage file storage systems and version control
    • Track what content has been edited, published, or reused
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor video performance (views, watch time, engagement)
    • Flag high‑performing content and suggest similar ideas
    • Support ongoing optimisation of content strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Creative, with a strong instinct for what makes engaging content
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar)
  • Comfortable handling and organising large volumes of media
  • Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram and other existing and emerging platforms
  • Interest in digital content, social media, and storytelling
  • Proactive attitude with lots of ideas and willingness to learn
