The Ligoniel Village Regeneration Partnership (LVRP), formed in 2000, aims to promote the regeneration of the Ligoniel Community through collaboration between private developers, public and statutory bodies, and community organisations. The Integrated Local Area Plan for Ligoniel, launched in 2001, outlines action plans for social, economic, environmental, and physical regeneration, with the LIA as the lead partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate the work of the partnership’s five sub-committees.
  • Ensure collaboration among all parties involved in the integrated plan.
  • Engage the local community in the implementation of regeneration proposals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3rd Level Qualification preferably in Economic Regeneration, Community Development, Marketing, Town Planning, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing Community Regeneration Projects.
  • Experience or working knowledge of Government policy on neighbourhood regeneration.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial skills.

Location: Belfast

Salary: £31,648 per annum
