Looking for an experienced facade project manager to cover projects around the Oxfordshire area. Predominantly curtain wlling focussed but rainscreen experience would be an added bonus. * Management of various commercial projects varying in size from £1m to £8m. * Supervising and overseeing our package from start to finish, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirement are met, reviewing progress and liaising with the QS to monitor costs * Compiling method statements and risk assessments. * Attending progress meetings. * Coordinating and supervising LOSC and bona-fide sub-contractors. * Ensuring all safety legalisation & method statements are adhered to, carrying out on site risk assessments. * Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety. * Preparation and checking of site reports. The Person: * You will have proven experience in the curtain walling and rainscreen cladding industry and have an in-depth technical understanding. * Knowledge of the Schuco and Aluprof systems would be advantageous. * A natural communicator, with the ability to motivate others and work as part of a team. * Proactive and flexible approach, with good problem-solving skills
