Fabricator/Welder – Β£15.00 to Β£16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30 We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join a busy and well-established workshop. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay and a steady weekday schedule β€” ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a hands-on role. Pay & Hours: * Β£15.00 – Β£16.00 per hour (depending on experience) * Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 16:30 PM * Full-time, permanent role with overtime available Key Responsibilities: * MIG/MAG welding of structural components to a high standard * Operating a variety of fabrication machinery (presses, rollers, saws, etc.) * Reading and working from engineering drawings and measurements * Carrying out fabrication tasks with accuracy and attention to detail * Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines * Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times What You’ll Need: * Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding * Confident operating common fabrication machines in a standard workshop * Ability to read technical drawings and work independently * A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail * Previous experience in a structural or heavy fabrication setting is a bonus Perks: * Weekly pay * Free on-site parking * Company pension * Supportive workshop environment with long-term opportunities Sound like a good fit?
