Lightyear Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Shovel Driver to join a busy recycling and waste management operation based in Avonmouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for full-time, ongoing night work with a great work-life balance and weekends free.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently.
- Loading hoppers and processing equipment.
- Moving and stockpiling materials around the site.
- Carrying out routine vehicle checks.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working closely with the site team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating a loading shovel.
- Valid Loading Shovel ticket/certificate.
- A strong understanding of health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
