Lightworks Electrical Ltd is expanding! We are an established electrical contractor based in Cambridgeshire and are now launching a new HVAC division to meet growing demand across the UK. We are looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Project Manager to lead this exciting new arm of the business. This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a division from the ground up, with the full support of an established company behind you.
Responsibilities:
- Price and quote HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) projects
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate on-site works
- Order materials and schedule deliveries
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance
- Ensure health and safety standards are met across all sites
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (ventilation, AC, heating)
- Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- CSCS/SMSTS qualifications (preferred but not essential)
