Lightworks Electrical Ltd is expanding! We’re an established electrical contractor based in Cambridgeshire and are now launching a new HVAC division to meet growing demand across the UK. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Project Manager to lead this exciting new arm of the business. This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a division from the ground up, with the full support of an established company behind you.

Responsibilities:

  • Price and quote HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) projects
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate on-site works
  • Order materials and schedule deliveries
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met across all sites

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager (ideally 3+ years)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems (ventilation, AC, heating)
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • CSCS/SMSTS qualifications (preferred but not essential)
