We’re Hiring: Backend Growth Marketer (Performance & Strategy)

Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
LightWork AI is looking for a numbers-first growth marketer to own the backend of our marketing engine. You’ll lead performance reporting across all channels, turning data into strategic action—and working closely with our marketing, content, design, and sales teams to drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Head of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships to track, analyse, and guide marketing performance
- Deliver weekly performance reports across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the website
- Present findings clearly and recommend actions to improve performance
- Own and optimise key marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, MQLs, CTR, conversion rates
- Identify channel-level bottlenecks, surface insights, and advise on tactical shifts
- Collaborate across the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure data drives execution
What We’re Looking For
- Mathematical and data driven mindset: Customer centric
- Experience with GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and marketing dashboards
- Full funnel thinking: Channel agnostic
- Obsessed with KPI and ROI
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- A self-starter with a bias for action and a commercial mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
