Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging warmly with guests and ensuring all ride requirements are met.
- Operate rides safely and confidently, completing safety checks, following procedures, and reporting any faults or incidents.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented ride areas at all times.
- Ensure correct access procedures for all guests, including disabled access and height checks.
- Follow emergency, fire, and health & safety procedures, always prioritising the safety of guests and colleagues.
- Handle guest issues professionally, escalating concerns to a Team Leader or Manager when needed.
