Lightspeed is seeking a French-speaking Product Adoption Strategist to join our EMEA team. Based in Belfast, you’ll own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for selected features, designing sessions, facilitating workshops, and measuring impact.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Education and Account teams to map insights to customer personas, create scalable clinics and peer roundtables, and build coaching playbooks for at-risk accounts.
