Lightspeed is looking for a senior product marketing leader to own the go-to-market success of our Hospitality product line in EMEA. You will lead a high-performing, full-lifecycle product marketing team with an established mandate spanning the entire customer journey — from market insight and positioning through roadmap shaping, launch, adoption, expansion, and retention — with clear accountability for revenue impact. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you will act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and the broader GTM organization, and as the voice of the restaurateur inside Lightspeed.

What you'll be doing

  • Go-to-market strategy: Architect and orchestrate the EMEA go-to-market strategy for the Hospitality product portfolio, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing around it and owning its commercial outcomes.
  • Messaging & positioning: Own the messaging and positioning framework for Lightspeed's Hospitality solutions, establishing clear competitive differentiation and translating product value for internal and external audiences.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of four experienced product marketers; set team goals and own the results of all PMM-led initiatives.
  • Full-lifecycle marketing & revenue impact: Direct lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer journey — launch, onboarding, adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and retention — with measurable contribution to revenue and expansion targets.
  • Budget ownership: Own and deploy the Hospitality PMM budget, prioritising investments that drive the largest business outcomes and reporting on return.
  • Customer & market insights: Champion the voice of the customer across the organization; define the market research roadmap and surface insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and GTM planning.
  • Pricing alignment: Drive pricing and packaging alignment across GTM, Product, RevOps, and Finance, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in market and customer insight.
  • Product partnership: Deepen the established partnership with Product and Technology teams, shaping the product roadmap with market and customer evidence and running a proven launch process for new products and features.
  • Sales & partner enablement: Equip sales and partner teams with the messaging, tools, and training required to sell and deliver Hospitality offerings effectively.
  • Operational excellence: Maintain and refine the processes and workflows this team has established across the GTM organization — spanning launch management, insight sharing, and cross-functional planning.
  • Cross-functional influence: Build influential relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and regional Marketing teams, including close collaboration with Product Marketing leaders in other regions.

What you need to bring

  • 10+ years in product marketing, lifecycle/growth marketing, or a similar go-to-market role.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally serving SMB audiences.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Technology teams to influence roadmaps and deliver successful launches.
  • Experience owning post-launch growth motions (adoption, upsell, cross-sell, retention) with clear revenue accountability.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and prioritising spend against business outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence across senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • An AI‐first working mindset, from research and content to launch execution, and have a track record of raising a team's AI fluency.
  • Genuine curiosity about helping SMBs and restaurateurs succeed.

Even better if you have

  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant technology industry.
  • Experience working across multiple European markets and languages.
  • MBA or Product Marketing Alliance certification.
  • French, Dutch or German as additional language fluency.
