We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in EMEA. As a key member of Lightspeed’s dynamic in-house creative team, you'll spend your days helping to build a strong and consistent global brand, supporting initiatives that expand our reach into new and existing markets. As a Graphic Designer, you will report to the Managing Art Director of EMEA in campaign execution and contribute to the successful delivery of a range of internal and external projects on multiple channels. Your work will have a direct impact on positioning Lightspeed in EMEA as the leading omnichannel commerce platform for hospitality. Please note we are looking for candidates who are open to working 3 days per week in our London office.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the team by producing pixel perfect outputs according to media specifications
  • Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining our high-quality standards
  • Playing an integral role in helping visually communicate our product to multiple audiences
  • Designing engaging, trend-forward assets to drive our Instagram expansion, including Reels, Stories, and carousels
  • Producing high-performing ad creatives optimised for various media buys across paid digital channels
  • Building and continuously expanding our internal Canva template library, empowering the wider team to easily create on-brand social content
  • Creating impactful visual collateral for both digital and in-person events, ranging from large-scale tradeshow booth graphics to event promotions
  • Contributing and collaborating with the wider team filled with designers, product marketers, content writers and marketing managers
  • Managing & meeting own project deadlines with input and direction from the project manager

What you need to bring:

  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work
  • 3+ years of multidisciplinary design work experience in a related field, with particular focus on digital media design
  • Experience in motion graphics and filming short videos is a plus
  • A strong grasp of foundational design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory
  • A knack for balancing creative and performance
  • Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
  • An incredible eye for detail, with the ability to push work from good to great
  • High level of proficiency in English
  • You are able to multitask effectively, highly organised and execute tasks within short timelines
  • You have a passion for design and are constantly up to date with the latest trends
  • Experience leveraging AI design and productivity tools to accelerate workflows, iterate rapidly, and elevate the final creative output
  • A positive, 'yes and' attitude to the creative process
