Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to take full ownership of our highest-volume inbound sales channel.
Unlike traditional split sales roles, this position grants you complete end-to-end ownership of the customer journey—from initial engagement and discovery to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. You will be responsible for converting high-intent inbound marketing leads into long-term clients, driving core growth across our key revenue segment.
What you will be doing:
- End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inbound inquiry through to contract execution and client onboarding.
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Evaluate inbound marketing opportunities against ideal customer profiles (ICP) to assess fit and commercial value.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling discovery calls and engage prospects with tailored product demonstrations.
- Package Presentation: Match prospect needs with predefined solution packages (hardware, software, payments) to drive fast decision-making and rapid implementation.
- Commercial Negotiation: Confidently manage objections, present commercial proposals, and close new business to meet or exceed targets.
- CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain accurate, real-time records in the CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Target Achievement: Consistently deliver against core sales metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and activity KPIs.
And a little bit of.... Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What you need to bring:
- Collaborative and solution-focused, with a strategic mindset and the resilience to navigate challenges and drive results.
- Proven track record in an end-to-end sales role (closing deals independently without relying on separate SDR/AE splits).
- Comfort managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced inbound environment.
- Ability to qualify leads quickly, uncover core customer pain points, and align them with structured product packages.
- Prior experience selling integrated tech solutions (hardware, SaaS, or payment/fintech platforms) is highly desirable.
- Excellent commercial acumen with a history of hitting and exceeding quota targets.
- CRM Mastery: Strong discipline with pipeline management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
What's in it for you?
- You will learn everything about us, our story, the colleagues, our workflow and you will receive a practical onboarding.
- We have the ability to move fast like an innovative start-up with the expertise and capabilities of a global scale-up.
- The result: a team of both new and experienced professionals led by supportive and approachable managers who recognise and reward your work.
- You will be part of a team that likes to work together, help each other, share insights and achieve success.
