As an Account Executive, you will help prospective customers discover their requirements, lead 1-on-1 demonstrations, prepare quotes, and assist in preparing new customers for the implementation of Lightspeed. Your goal is to tailor the Lightspeed products to the company’s needs, find them the most suitable Lightspeed solution, and get them set up for success!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product presentations mainly via video calls.
  • Introduce the workflow and build the appropriate solution together with the customer.
  • Lead price negotiations and succeed in closing deals.

Collaboration: Collaboration is key at Lightspeed. You will work closely with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives to achieve scheduling appointments with prospective customers.

Requirements:

  • Quickly build relationships with customers and proactively address their questions.
  • Deep understanding of our solutions and the customer experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in a Hospitality environment is a recommended plus.
  • Experience in leading discovery conversations through to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with a full sales cycle in B2B including customer relationship management, impact discovery, quotation preparation, negotiations, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to present the product to local prospects in the local language and business English.
  • Perseverance and energy in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hospitality.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor's degree.
