What the Role Entails

About the Role

As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will team up with studio partners and regional publishing teams to deliver integrated global community programs across several Level Infinite titles, in various stages of game development.

This is a huge opportunity to lead global community strategy across a range of in-development titles, and work with studios across Europe as they bring their creative projects to life.

Job Responsibilities

  • Community Management : Work with studio community teams to build their community infrastructure as games move through Alpha and Beta development. Monitor conversations and content, promptly respond to hot topics and trends in the current market, adjust strategy and produce reports on community feedback for development teams.
  • Build Testing Communities : Working with Studio leads and Global Publishing teams, recruit early adopter players to participate in game testing phases - Alpha, Beta, EA, launch. Build community portals to house these players communities, growing them as the game progresses to launch. Work on reward systems that bring these players back through testing phases. Nurture these communities through to launch and amplify opinion leaders that grow from these testing phases.
  • Partner Strategy : Work with streaming platforms on activations (e.g Twitch drops). Track and report the major issues and opportunities of each game’s community in a timely manner and engage the key stakeholders. Create & host community events. Partner with studio / lead testing programs with community.
  • Influencer Strategy: Work with our Studio teams to identify, suggest and amplify relevant influencers for each title. Working alongside Studios, Global / Regional publishing and Agency partners, design, implement and measure our programmes. Directly responsible for outreach to and management of top tier influencers, building and managing relationships with the influencers via on-going communication. Partner with social channels to ensure integrated promotion of game events tied to testing and launch beats.
  • Regional Amplification : In close collaboration with Regional publishing teams, lead the localization of our global content strategy, support local activations and report on results to inform global planning.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor\'s degree and above. Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 10 years+ of audience / community management. Proven experience in building communities through the early stages of game development and testing, and leading them through to launch and beyond.
  • Experience running community campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube, Twitch and TikTok.
  • A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in games. You will be the voice of our game to the players, so some experience of speaking at public events is required along with the ability to empathise with the varied needs of different player types.
  • Able to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, be able to respond to team requests in a timely manner.
  • Organised and with very good project management skills. Able to prioritise effectively and be competent in handling multiple programmes across multiple markets.
  • High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency.
  • Capability to travel to support our partners in North-America, Western Europe or Asia.
