We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Player Relations Manager to join our team working on exciting AAA multiplayer shooter games.

You will be the voice of the players, working closely with in‑house teams to transform industry best practices and player feedback into actionable insights to drive retention, satisfaction, and long‑term loyalty. Your experience will help define and implement an engaging player relations strategy from launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with players creating a vibrant, engaging and loyal community.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with game design, marketing, and insights teams to align engagement initiatives with overall product goals.
  • Craft strategic and tactical plans tailored to specific channels, driving engagement and growth as needed.
  • Share ongoing insights about key community best practices, trends, topics, and needs.
  • Design and execute innovative community programs to grow and provide value to the player base as well as sustain excitement and engagement.
  • Foster direct, meaningful relationships with players to build trust and loyalty.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the community, working closely with internal stakeholders to relay, monitor, and resolve feedback.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to uncover trends, create campaigns for welcoming new players, and prepare reports that turn feedback from multiple channels into actionable strategies.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience and ability in creating and establishing communities in the AAA PC & Console games space.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, understanding the needs and perspectives of diverse player communities.
  • Curious nature to explore and experiment with new ways to engage with and surprise and delight players.
  • Strong organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated understanding of community platforms e.g. Discord, Reddit and others.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and critical thinking when confronted with challenges.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
