The Business Unit Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) drives cloud and industrial internet strategies, exploring user and industry interactions to create innovative solutions for smart industries. This position is for an Associate Sales Representative (Sales Trainee) aimed at the Japanese market within Tencent Cloud International. You will gain extensive knowledge and skills through a nurturing programme that accelerates Go-To-Market strategies in target markets and industries.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business team for the Japanese market to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Work with the cloud technology team to ensure customer requests are addressed accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in market research and analysis to better understand trends and movements in the Japanese market.
- Master and maintain the customer relationship management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Regularly prepare sales reports and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- University undergraduate or graduate student.
- Native-level Japanese, business-level Chinese or native-level, and conversational-level English.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT and cloud computing.
- Ability to act proactively and collaborate effectively within a team.

Location: Tokyo (Toranomon Hills Mori Tower)
Salary and Compensation:
Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises and bonuses available), based on experience and skills. For regular employees, fixed overtime pay for 35 hours per month is included. For management positions, fixed overtime pay for 10 hours is included.
Working Hours & Holidays:
Working hours: 09:30 ~ 18:30, with a 60-minute break. Flexible working hours available. Complete two-day weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Paid leave: Pro-rated based on the month of joining in the first year, up to a maximum of 22 days based on years of service. Year-end and New Year holidays (12/30~1/3). Sick leave (paid): 12 days/year (separate from paid leave).
