We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Payments (Money Movement) team to build experiences and services that help drive the success of merchants across the globe. You will be responsible for overall team product direction and strategy which will involve frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams to help shape priorities and build the roadmap. This dynamic position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders, be productive and adaptable in the face of evolving business priorities, and be able to take responsibility and ownership in coming up with solutions for our customers’ pain points.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead cross‑functional strategy with RevOps, payment partners, Finance, and Engineering to architect fee allocation models, pricing frameworks, net take‑rate optimization, and scalable payout/money movement infrastructure.
- Synthesize customer insights, market dynamics, and internal performance data to define long‑term product strategy and influence company‑level priorities.
- Own end‑to‑end product architecture and roadmap clarity, translating complex business objectives into coherent multi‑team execution plans.
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business leaders to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Incubate and evaluate new product bets, building business cases and framing investment trade‑offs for leadership decision‑making.
- Partner with Go‑to‑Market leadership to shape positioning, rollout sequencing, and monetization strategy for major launches.
- Define success metrics at a portfolio level, establish instrumentation standards, and proactively communicate performance insights to executive stakeholders.
- Act as the organizational authority for your domain, setting standards, influencing adjacent roadmaps, and mentoring other PMs.
- Operate as a force multiplier across teams—stepping beyond formal scope when needed to unblock progress and advance company‑level outcomes.
What you need to bring:
- Fintech experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, payments and/or SaaS products.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross‑functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non‑technical stakeholders.
- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer‑centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes.
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high‑quality software on time.
- A solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics.
- Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time zones.
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations.
- Understanding of product strategy development and road‑mapping tools.
