We have an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our Innovation team. The internship will focus on a specific project that the team needs analysed. A real problem or question around the building and maintaining of solar power plants. They will own the project and will be the main person working on it but will receive help and guidance from the wider innovation team to complete it. The work will include a full report out at the end. The project will either be a more data focused one (e.g. effects of temperature on module production, the degradation of module production in older sites) or more physical engineering based (e.g. how to deploy geo synthetic sheeting on site quickly). This is independent work they need to be able to manage themselves. You will be part of a wider team and take part in meetings and information sessions about other projects and will be asked for their input. Based in London, our internship program starts on the 1st June 2026 and will end on August 21st 2026.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel and go on site visits in the field in the UK.
