We’re looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to support our growing client base and ambitious team. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, reliable, and thrives in an environment where accountability isn’t optional—it’s built into everything we do.

Location

Our offices are located in Crosby, Liverpool, and we offer hybrid working options. Applicants must reside in the UK and be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Financial Planners in delivering client-focused advice
• Managing calls and meeting & greeting clients
• Preparing documentation and reports ahead of client meetings
• Managing back-office systems and keeping client records razor-sharp
• Liaising with providers and following up on key actions
• Being a steady, reliable presence for the team and our clients

• Have experience in financial services (bonus if you’ve worked in a similar support role)
• Are unafraid of responsibility and own your work
• Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally
