The team & role
LTX Studio, our newest and first AI‑lead product, is pioneering the way we share stories. Now, anyone can turn a simple idea into a full production using leading AI algorithms as well as our own proprietary models. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will play a crucial role in driving the success of our AI‑powered products and services by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs, as well as the ability to leverage data and technology to drive results. The PMM will work closely with the VP Marketing & VP Product and collaborate extensively with sales teams across multiple locations, including Chicago, New York, Arizona, and London.
What you will be doing
- Define and Execute GTM Strategy: Drive product launches, align cross‑functional teams, and leverage market insights to achieve adoption and growth.
- Project Management: Execute complex marketing projects with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration through tools like Gantt charts and detailed timelines.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and sales channels.
- Product Adoption and Success: Develop strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction, showcasing success stories.
- Industry Leadership: Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of AI trends and representing LTX Studio at industry events.
Your skills and experience
- Experience: 6+ years of Product Marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Experience working in B2B. Experience working in AI/technology start‑ups or hyper‑growth companies. Advantage for candidates with a background in an AI visual technology company or the entertainment industry, focusing on video production or creative workflows. Deep understanding of the video production pipeline, including pre‑production, production, and post‑production processes.
- Skills: Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate across diverse audiences. Analytical and strategic thinking to inform decisions using market research and performance metrics. Strong experience in leading successful end‑to‑end product launches. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative out‑of‑the‑box campaigns that inspire creators and decision‑makers. Exceptional collaboration skills for cross‑functional work with product, sales, creative, and customer success teams. Proven ability to speak at relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and build awareness.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of generative AI tools and trends in the creative technology landscape. Expertise in workflows and challenges faced by creative agencies, studios, and production teams. Insight into the unique needs of creators, producers, and marketers in advertising, TV, and film industries.
