About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Site Lead to oversee and deliver day-to-day G&A services and workplace operations for our London site. This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, supporting employees, and taking ownership of the day-to-day employee and workplace experience. This role requires 5 days a week on-site at our London office. You will be part of the Operations team and will report to VP Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience, maintaining an efficient and well-functioning workplace, and driving local initiatives across Facilities, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, HR and IT. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being at the center of office life.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and manage day-to-day site operations and workplace services.
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience through workplace initiatives, events, perks, and engagement activities.
  • Lead and execute internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Own facilities operations, including vendor management, maintenance, office services, workplace standards, and health & safety.
  • Act as the go-to person for employees and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Coordinate local IT support needs, equipment management, and office technology.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of People to support local HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, visa processes and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Strengthen the connection between the London site and HQ, ensuring alignment with company culture and initiatives while fostering a strong local identity and community.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, welcoming, and well-maintained work environment.

Your skills and experience:

  • 3+ years proven experience in Workplace Operations, Office Management, Employee Experience, or a similar role.
  • Experience in global companies - a must.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and operational priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and execute in a dynamic environment.
