The Internal Brand Studio, part of the Operations department at Lightricks, brings company culture to life through creative visual branding - from internal campaigns and swag to office design and event materials. We shape and maintain Lightricks’ internal visual language across illustration, typography, print, and spatial design, keeping it aligned with our brand while staying bold and fresh.
What you will be doing:
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for internal campaigns and company-wide events
- Design across various mediums — from print and digital assets to swag and spatial experiences
- Create branded swag and merchandise for events, holidays, and special moments throughout the year
- Design digital assets, including presentations, internal communications, screens, and other digital formats
- Collaborate with event designers, producers, and interior designers to bring your designs to life
- Illustrate, craft custom typography, and build unique image-making elements
- Work closely with teams across the company to tailor design solutions to different needs
- Take part in shaping the company’s internal culture through joyful and meaningful design moments
- Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in Illustration, typography, branding, and environmental graphics
- Proven experience working in the field of branding, print, and digital
- Strong illustration skills - a must
- Deep knowledge of materials and production methods used in print and spatial branding
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma - a must
- Experience with motion design using After Effects - A PLUS
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney, and the ability to integrate them into the design process - A PLUS
- A team player - Collaborate as part of a close-knit creative team, working under the guidance of a creative lead
- Be open to feedback and creative direction, and be able to reflect, refine, and elevate your work accordingly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
