Maintenance Operative

As a Mechanic Assistant / Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in factory operations by assisting Mechanics with stripping, maintenance, and other essential tasks. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Assist Mechanics with the disassembly and assembly of machinery and equipment Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on factory equipment Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the Mechanics Clean and lubricate machine parts as required Support the team in maintaining a safe and organised work environment Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies Qualifications: Strong interest in mechanics and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Good communication skills Basic problem-solving skills This is temp to perm position Benefits: Free Onsite Parking Paid breaks Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day Shift Pay: From £13.00 per hour
