Vacancy for combined LSA/HLTA.
Hours: 12.5 hours per week (Thursday-Friday 8.45am–4.00pm; 1 hour lunch break).
Contract: Term time only plus 5 INSET days. Fixed term commencing as soon as possible until 31/08/26.
Salary: LSA: JG3 £25,583-£25,989; HLTA: JG6 £32,061-34,434 (actual salary £8,437 - £8,813pa).
The Role: We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person to join our support staff team in a combined role. The mornings will be spent supporting a Y6 class in an LSA role, and the afternoons working as a HLTA leading whole class learning. There may be opportunities for additional HLTA hours on an ad-hoc basis.
About You: We are looking for a confident, caring person who can demonstrate appropriate skills and recent school-based experience to join our hard-working and supportive school team. You will also have:
- A relevant HLTA qualification and experience across a range of year groups.
- Evidence of excellent provision for all pupils and a proven track record of achieving high standards of pupil progress.
- A proven ability to work in partnership with the teachers.
- Experience in and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
