This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Property & Insurance Support Services Team based in Colchester. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence across departments, maintaining accuracy in reporting and supporting exceptional service delivery. This is a varied role where your eye for detail and proactive approach will shine.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Provide high-level administrative support across departments
- Monitor inboxes and dashboards
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Quality-check and proof survey reports prior to client distribution
- Respond to telephone and email queries professionally
- Maintain and update internal databases accurately
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Support the delivery of services in line with KPIs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction
Person Specification:
Experience Required:
- Office administration experience
- Familiarity with web-based databases
- Experience in insurance or property sectors (desirable)

- Confident telephone manner and clear communication
