Our fast-growing Client is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to manage their International territories including the Middle East, Turkey, India, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Asia. As Field Marketing Manager, International, you will play a vital role in driving regional marketing strategy and execution to support sales growth and brand recognition. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, you will work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and events that resonate with diverse international audiences. You will also be responsible for building relationships with local distribution partners to support their growth and ability to market their products. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in field marketing, preferably within a global B2B environment. You will work closely with the UK/Europe and Canadian head-office marketing teams to grow presence and manage marketing activities in international regions.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Regional Strategy Development: Define and implement marketing strategies and plans tailored to the needs of international regions, ensuring alignment with global company objectives and managing budgets within each region.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, and conferences, optimizing event performance, lead generation, and ROI. This may include working with the wider team on promotion through marketing channels such as social media, email, and advertising campaigns; coordinating logistical requirements and ensuring the preparation and training of internal attendees; ensuring effective lead capture and follow-up.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and content strategies, aimed at driving demand generation and brand awareness.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver region-specific sales enablement tools, presentations, and collateral that empower the sales team to effectively engage with prospects and customers. Develop and manage relationships with regional strategic channel partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, content, brand, digital marketing, and other teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with core messaging and optimized for regional markets, including product and feature launches.
- Market Insights: Analyse and report on local market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing tactics and messaging.
- Performance Analytics: Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and events, reporting on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Person Specification:
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Previous experience in a field marketing role.
- Fluent in English - Arabic & other language(s) is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of gas detection is advantageous.
- Proven experience of planning, prioritizing, and implementing marketing campaigns and projects.
- Previous experience managing events and lead generation.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and using data to guide marketing strategies.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and budgets.
- Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal and written capabilities and capability to work with staff at all levels across different geographies.
- Entrepreneurial approach, committed to improvements and with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direction.
- Proficiency with marketing automation systems and CRM (preferably HubSpot).
- Resilient and able to react quickly, and creatively solve problems under pressure.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Experience managing media relations and acting as a company spokesperson would be advantageous.
