Our client is an accountancy practice who take pride in offering first class support to business leaders. A friendly, proactive team, they are actively seeking an Office Manager to join them.
The ideal candidate will have all round nominal ledger experience to work in a small internal team.
- Daily Bank Account Reconciliations (On Xero)
- Processing of direct debit collections (2-3 per Month)
- Ad-hoc reporting to Managers
- Maintaining and ensuring the effective running of the company wellbeing policy
- General administrative duties including ordering equipment and supplies, reviewing supplier costs, and ensuring the smooth running of the office
Minimum 3 years’ accounts experience. Working experience with Xero advantageous.
