Lighthouse Pathways is a neurodevelopmental telemedicine service on a clear mission: to make expert ADHD assessment and support genuinely accessible across the UK. We’ve launched and we’re growing. Now we’re looking for an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join us as Chief Medical Officer, a senior, strategic role at the heart of how we lead and develop clinical practice.
This isn’t a volume role. It’s an opportunity to shape the clinical identity of a service that’s already making a difference.
Responsibilities- Clinical governance and quality assurance frameworks oversight
- Oversight of prescribing standards and safeguarding protocols
- Strategic input into service development and regulatory compliance
- Clinical leadership across a growing multidisciplinary team
- GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrist with CCT
- Experience spanning NHS and independent/private practice
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
- A collaborative leader who thrives in an evolving environment
