Responsibilities

  • Monitor and embed compliance improvements ahead of reinspection.
  • Strengthen governance and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Drive occupancy while maintaining strong fee integrity.
  • Maintain a zero‑agency workforce.
  • Develop and mentor an ambitious deputy and senior team.
  • Build relationships with commissioners and the local community.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum two years experience as a Home Manager.
  • Strong CQC track record and experience managing compliance action plans.
  • Proven ability to lead a financially successful care home.
  • Commercial awareness of occupancy, budgets, and fee management.
  • Experience managing residential and/or dementia services of similar size.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with commissioners and regulators.
  • Mentoring mindset, developing future leaders.
  • No need for a Nurse PIN to register.
