The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Part time and Full-time positions available. This is a permanent contract due to start in September 2025.

Salary: Sixth Form College Pay Spine Point 1-9 dependent on experience.

We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and committed Teacher of T-Level in Education and Early Years and Level 2 Early Years course to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the effective delivery of a high-quality curriculum and ensuring students are inspired, well-supported, and industry-ready.

Applications are welcomed from experienced and energetic teachers of Education and Early Years with current sector knowledge, and is also suitable for Early Career Teachers with previous industry experience for shaping the next generation of care and education professionals. Strong and current subject knowledge is essential. Full and part-time positions are available, with the flexibility to teach across Education and Early Years and Health & Social Care curriculum if wanted and appropriate.

You will have excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills and be committed to providing outstanding learning experiences. You’ll be a team player who thrives on collaboration, brings positivity to the role, and is always willing to go the extra mile for students and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of Core Content: Teach engaging, well-structured lessons covering key T-Level areas such as:
  • Working in early years and education settings
  • Safeguarding and child protection
  • Health, safety, and wellbeing in care and education environments
  • Supporting children and adults with additional needs
  • Professional practice and person-centred approaches
  • Managing information, data, and communication
  • Promoting development, learning, and positive behaviour
  • Infection prevention and control
  • Core scientific and psychological principles
  • Assessment & Feedback: Plan and deliver formative and summative assessments. Track student progress and provide constructive, personalised feedback.
  • Student Support: Offer guidance tailored to individual learning needs. Promote academic progress, confidence, and career readiness.
