We are seeking a motivated IT professional to join our established team as an IT Systems/Network Administrator. You will be providing high-quality second and third level IT support for the Trust systems and Networks. You will play a key role in the delivery of new systems and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Director with all aspects of support for the IT infrastructure,
  • Deliver second and third level IT technical support,
  • Provide resolution to technical issues escalated by other IT Technicians,
  • Provide support for IT exam arrangements,
  • Support IT helpdesk operations as required,
  • Undertake project work and participate in the delivery of new systems and solutions,
  • Regularly test systems backups and recovery.
  • Deliver second and third level technical support to users concerning application, database, network, telephony and servers’ operations.
  • Install, configure and maintain network devices, firewalls, servers, cloud systems.
