Due to a significant growth in student numbers at our college, we are excited to announce the creation of a new role within our Student Services Team. Are you a dedicated professional, driven by a passion for safeguarding and student welfare? We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic individual to join us as a Safeguarding and Welfare Team Leader, who will also serve as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. This pivotal role is essential in cultivating a safe and nurturing environment for our students, focusing on their well-being and academic triumphs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
